The Daring Way™ is a highlyexperiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. During the process facilitators explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. Participants are invited to examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding them back and identify the new choices and practices that will move them toward more authentic and wholehearted living.
In this workshop, we will be reading Dr. Brown’s book, The Gifts of Imperfection individually, and then exploring the Guideposts to Wholehearted Living through group discussion, art, reflection and writing in our sessions. There will also be opportunity to DIVE DEEP in between sessions for further integration of learning and practice of the core concepts. This work is autobiographical. You will be asked to reflect on your personal experiences throughout the course and use them to fuel creative change.
